Founder & CEO
Stacie is the owner of the Sugar Fairy Bakes LLC. She began baking from scratch at the age of 5, helping her disabled grandmother in the kitchen. These sweet memories turned into a favorite pastime. In 2019, after decades of hearing friends and family tell her to sell her bakes, she finally decided to go into the baking business.
Jenn is our "Website Magician". Jenn began working with Stacie at the peak of COVID-19 when she helped Stacie create this website and the online ordering system that brought the bakery to its next level. Jenn's involvement has contributed largely to the growth of the bakery.
Jesse has been working alongside Stacie since 2020, giving her the financial advice needed to meet her goals of successfully opening and running her own brick and mortar bakery.
Amber is our lead baker who helps make the magic happen. She's one of the original staff of TSFB. Amber is a graduate of SUNY Schenectady County Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts and Baking.
Front Counter Supervisor
Maddie started with us as one of our front counter fairies in 2021 when we first opened the Mechanicville shop. Due to her excellence in customer service, and her ability to exceed expectations, Maddie was promoted to our front counter Supervisor for both the Mechanicville and the Malta bakeshops.
Alex is a wifey, mommy, crazy cat lady, chicken whisperer, and Stacie's BFF for the past 20+ years. Alex is pat of the original pie crew from back during the days Stacie ran the bakery out of her home.
