POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you purchase a subscription, your box will be delivered automatically each month.
All shipments go out on the 15th of each month, excluding weekends and holidays.
These are the terms and conditions you agree to purchasing a subscription from TSFB.
Setting up a member account is required when purchasing a subscription.
This is to help make ordering easier for you!
Your payment method on record will be auto billed every month on the date of which you originally signed up. For example if you sign up on 10/03 your billing date will be the 3rd of every month thereafter. Sorry, we cannot bill on any other date or make special concessions.
Since shipping is the 15th of the month, any sign ups taking place on the 13th or after will be ultimately paying one month in advance. For example, sign up on 10/20 will result in the first box shipping on 11/15 and you will be billed on 11/20 for 12/15 shipment.
If your credit card changes or expires, please log in to your account and change your payment information to avoid failed payments and shipping delays.
All Month-to-Month subscriptions will be automatically renewed until canceled.
SHIPPING DATES (WHEN DO I GET MY BOX?)
All Cookie Subscription boxes are shipped on the 15th of each month. Weekends and Holidays will occasionally delay us by a day or two.
Please keep in mind, since shipping is the 15th of the month, any sign ups taking place on the 13th or after will be ultimately paying one month in advance. For example, sign up on 10/20 will result in the first box shipping on 11/15. Depending on the speed of USPS, it is possible that you may be billed for your second month before receiving your first month's box.
HOLDS AND SKIPPING BOXES
Sorry, we cannot place any subscription boxes on hold or skip box deliveries.
COMMUNICATION FROM TSFB
We reserve the right to update and make changes to our policy, terms, and conditions as needed to accommodate this growing business and the services offered. All communications from TSFB regarding any changes will come directly to you via email and will also be posted as an announcement on TSFB Facebook page. It is your duty to read and respond to these emails. It is also up to you to be sure that we have a current, working email address for you. You can update your email address by logging into your member account . Failure to uphold this duty does not make you exempt from changes.
CANCELLATIONS AND END OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
Month to month subscriptions may be canceled for any reason, at any time, no questions asked. To avoid being billed for a new month's service, be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date. Cancelations after this date are subject to one more billing cycle until services are officially canceled.

If you wish to cancel your prepaid subscription you are welcome to do so however no refunds or credits will be given.
If you do not cancel your Month to Month subscription, we will automatically renew your subscription month-to-month at the same rate.
If you are using PayPal, do not cancel by canceling your recurring payments with PayPal; this will not cancel your subscription with us.
If you cancel your month to month and later wish to sign back up, pricing will be subject to the current rates at that time.
Returns for subscriptions: We do not allow subscription box returns. All sales are final. If your box arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours of receiving and TSFB will work with the USPS to make arrangements to get a new box out to you. If that month’s box is no longer available we will refund the costs of the box.
All boxes are delivered using USPS. Sorry we cannot accept rush shipment requests. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when you box leaves TSFB kitchen.
While TSFB makes every effort to carefully package and ship each box, sometimes things can go wrong in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot find it, please check around your home, your garage and in some cases, the carrier will leave it with a neighbor. Please give it one extra day after marked as delivered, as we have noticed many carriers mark packages delivered a day early. If you receive a delivery notification or the package is showing delivered on the carrier’s site but cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
ADDRESS & PAYMENT CHANGES
All payment and address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to apply to the next subscription shipment.
